Scientists explore space because they want to learn more. They want to see if there is life beyond Earth and more planets or new kinds of rocks. Besides, space exploration helps our daily lives, too. Astronomers send satellites into space to orbit the Earth. The satellites tell scientists and astronomers more about the weather, floods, currents, and earthquakes that are about to happen on Earth. The satellites not only help scientists get information like a bird, but they also help us with our phones and laptops. When we take a picture, we're connecting to the nearest satellite, and when we make a phone call, we’re connecting to satellites, and then it will help us connect with our friends. When we’re looking at the map on our phone, many satellites are working together to mark out every detail on the map. Astronomers send satellites to other planets to study their unique places that can help us. So, without space exploration, we won't have phone calls and memory pictures, and life won’t be as comfortable as it is now.
One of the reasons scientists explore space is because life may exist on other planets. If life can exist on other planets, then humans can live on other planets besides Earth. Discovering life on other planets can be useful one day, it might even save the whole of mankind. Earth is endangered, people are catching too much fish, cutting too many trees, and throwing trash into the ocean. In the future, who knows if our destiny lies on another planet? Another reason humans want to find intelligent life on other planets is because of curiosity. People are curious about whether we are alone or whether life exists on other planets. If humans found the answer, then we would break the biggest question in science. Looking for other life expands our knowledge, too, while we’re looking for life, we’ll discover more things, and when we find life, we learn more than just one thing, but millions.
We live on Earth now, but no one knows about the future, some people are planning to take a try on Mars. But why? Isn’t Earth a very perfect place for us already? There are many reasons why Earth is not perfect. Earth is polluted, and people through trash and oil into the ocean carelessly, which will harm or even kill the animals. Overfishing is a really important part of destroying the earth, they catch more fish than they need, and it decreases the number of fish. Deforestation is another reason why the earth is not perfect, they cut down too many trees, and kill innocent animals. All of this leads to climate change, which causes floods, hurricanes, tornados, and big storms. The weather is becoming hotter and hotter, one day, we might need to go to another planet because we have destroyed our own. All living things need food, water, and air, so there is life on other planets, then there are air, water, and food on the planet, too. Discovering another planet with life suits them and may suit us, too.
People explore space to see if we can live on other planets because Earth is harmed. But there are other solutions that we could use to stay on Earth. We don’t have to be heroic to help the Earth there are some simple things that could help the Earth. First, we can cut fewer trees and plant more, which would replace the ones that are being cut. Second, we can be aware of where we’re putting our trash: not in the ocean, not on the beach, on the floor, not on the road, humans invented the trash can just for putting trash. We need to close the light when leaving a room, and instead of using plastic bags, we can use bags that can be recycled. Last but not least, we can go to school or work riding the bus or bike, and cars let out a lot of gas.
Space is a pretty awesome place, and it contains many things we don’t know. Scientists and astronomers have been exploring and studying it because they are curious about whether there are aliens or not. If there are other organisms living on other planets, then people can live there too. All organisms need food, water, and air, so if things can live on other planets, then the three elements must be on the planets, too. We are hoping to find another planet to live on because Earth is harmed by deforestation, overfishing, and pollution, which are causing climate change. But we can stop it by cutting fewer trees and planting more and stopping polluting and fishing so much. There are also small ways we can help. We can help by closing the lights every time we leave the room and using bicycles instead of cars on short rides. We don’t have to leave the Earth, but space exploration is very useful too.
