The hero of The Little Prince is a pure innocent outer space traveler. The narrator meets him in the Sahara. Before the Little Prince landed on Earth, Saint Exuperi compared the prince's childlike personality with different adult personalities by causing him to jump from one adjacent planet to another. On each planet, the prince encounters different types of adults and reveals the frivolity and weaknesses of this character. However, once he arrived on Earth, the little prince became a student and teacher. The little prince learned the true meaning of love from his friend the fox and taught these lessons to the narrator.
To illustrate, Little Prince has almost no obvious flaws in other characters, and he can recognize the narrator's first painting as a python eating a snake, which immediately indicates that he is a high-quality character. However, the prince's fear as he prepared to be bitten back to his own planet suggests that he is as susceptible to the same emotions as the rest of us. The most noteworthy thing is that the prince is bound by his love for the roses left on his hometown planet. His constant questioning also indicates that a person's search for answers may be more important than the answers themselves.
Apart from having high-quality images, the funny conversation between the little prince and the rose also made me more convinced that the Little Prince is my favorite character in this book. One day, a personified rose grew on Earth, and the prince loved her wholeheartedly. However, her vanity and demands were too much for the prince, and he left. The prince went to a series of asteroids, each of which had an adult who had already degraded into functionality. I read it many times and whenever I read it, it will make me laugh. For some reason, it turned into a love story.
The prince is also the protagonist of his own story, as he is the main carrier of information. We spent his adventurous journey with the prince. He has enough courage and curiosity to explore and leave his planet to find the truth. He is friendly to everyone he meets, but in his childlike innocence, he often feels confused about the behavior of adults, which he considers strange, illogical, and superficial. In his exploration, the prince learned how to love correctly and how to establish true friendship.The little prince is imaginative and curious, and only by personally exploring can he know everything he knows. Essentially, the Little Prince is all imaginative children, before they become utilitarian adults who only care about material and practical things.
The Little Prince is a timeless gem that has captured the hearts of readers of all ages. Antoine de Saint-Exupery’s delightful tale tells the story of a young prince who embarks on a journey to find adventure and discovers the true meaning of love and friendship. The Little Prince is a heartwarming, thought-provoking, and ultimately inspiring book that is bound to leave a deep impact on all who lay their hands on it. And one cannot help but fall in love with the little prince - one of my personal favorites.
