I always wanted to travel with Aunt Carolyn, but I was never old enough to do so. She would send me postcards during her vacation until I was old enough to travel with her. This summer, Aunt Carolyn would come to our annual block party, which was my favorite time of the year. Sean stayed over at Grandma’s house with me for a sleepover. I was thinking about what gift I should give to Aunt Carolyn. We ate breakfast the next day, but Uncle Charles, always rude and grumpy, almost stole my pancakes. No one likes him. Time was running out, so I had to head out fast in order to find the right gift. My first store was the Perkins Drugstore but I found nothing special there, and Mr. Perkin’s voice was too screechy. The next store was Ms. Ruby’s shop. She was nice, but the product I wanted was too expensive for my money. My only hope was on Uncle Charles. After digging in his junk house for some time, I found an old broken toy train that looked valuable. I fixed and decorated it and gave it to Aunt Carolyn at the train station. She was surprised. The family joked about the train, but we still had a good party. I also found out that I was able to travel with Aunt Carolyn!

Having care for others can create a bond of friendship between the two people; caring for others can make you more socializable and likable.
