The story <Once Upon a Baby Brother> is written by Sarah Sullivan, and talks about how Lizzie likes to tell stories, until her little brother Marvin is born. When Lizzie tries to tell stories, her mom and dad are busy making Marvin clean, they can't listen to her. So lucky that Miss Pennyroyal’s Grade2 can write about stories. One day Mom and Marvin go to visit Gramma, Lizzie thinks something is lost, she can’t think of anything to write. When Marvin comes back, she can write many things and interesting comics. Now she likes her little brother.
The love between brothers and sisters is a special relationship with great significance. We can support each other in games and help each other in study. At the beginning of the story, Lizzie hates Mavin because Mavin “steals” Mom and Dad’s love. But at the end of the story, she loves Mavin the best of the best. Lizzie goes from having a little enemy to having a little helper.The love between brothers and sisters is the most forgiving and inclusive kind of love. We should cherish this special relationship and never lose this precious friendship.
Having a hobby can be beneficial for everyone. It can develop skills, creativity, and self-confidence. In the story, Lizzie loves to write, and writes and tells very well. Everyone likes to listen to her stories. Lizzie’s hobby not only makes her happy and relieves her sorrow, but also pleases everyone. Overall, hobbies can bring joy and fulfillment to a whole life, and make you special.
Inspiration is like a puppy. It's everywhere. It can appear in our dreams or it can come from our daily life. Sometimes, we can get a lot of inspiration with just a little hint. In the story, Lizzie listens to music and draws pictures on paper. She reread her favorite fairy tales. Lizzie tries many things that she likes to let herself relax and looks for inspiration. So, no matter where we are, we can find inspiration. We just need to open our eyes and ears, stimulate our imagination, and inspiration will flow all around us.
In conclusion, there are many interesting and useful points in this story. Firstly, sibling love is one of the most important emotions in our life.
