Plot: Lizzie can’t tell stories when her little brother was born
The story Once Upon A Baby Brother is written by Sara Sullivan that talks about a little girl named Lizzie who loves telling stories. She told different stories to different people. Everything was fine until her little brother Marvin came along. Lizzie’s parents have no time to hear stories anymore! Luckily, Lizzie’s dog, George, still loves her story. Then Lizzie found out that her teacher loves stories too. She told the students to write comic books. When Lizzie came home, Marvin put Some glue on her favorite teddy bear. One day, Mom is taking Marvin grandmother, Lizzie is very happy about that! What Lizzie can’t imagine, is that she can’t think of a single idea without Marvin. When Marvin comes back, Lizzie has a bunch of ideas and writes her comic book.
The siblings will usually love each other, even if they did something wrong, they will forgive each other for no reason. Siblings will argue with each other, but if they have the same mom, they will bring some happiness for each other. In the story, Marvin did make Lizzie have no chance to tell stories to her parents, but he also gave Lizzie some inspiration. If there is no Marvin, maybe Lizzie can’t create these interesting characters, like Marvin fish, Marvinosaurus, Pirate Marvin. I think that if we have a brother or a sister, they may make some messes, but they can also help us a lot in other places.
We all need to have our own hobbies, and try to make ourselves good at our hobbies, so that we can have a forte. If we don’t have a forte, we may be powerless in the future and may not have a good life, also, we may be poor. In the story, Lizzie’s hobby is writing, she works very hard on it, so she can write very good, funny and interesting stories. Lizzie has a very clear hobby and she works so hard on it, so she can think of a lot of ideas. I think that hobbies are very important for everyone. Hobby can help us create our forte and forte can make us more unique in the world.
Inspiration comes from creativity, we need to open our brain and create things, creation is always better than imitation. Imitation is doing what others have already done which is different from what we create by ourselves. In the story, Lizzie can’t think of a single idea, but when she sees Marvin, she puts him and another creature together or makes him a cool person. What Lizzie does is creation, there never has a creature called Marvinosaurus, she creates the creature. If we have enough creativity, thinking of inspiration is not hard for us.
In conclusion, I think that siblings will always love each other and will help each other when they need it. They can also make each other happy. Hobbies are things that we like to do, so we can have much more energy to practice it and at last, we can make it our forte. Creativity is quite important; it can help us get new inspiration.
