The story of first day jitters written by Julie Danneberge talks about a little girl named Sarah and she was going to go to a new school but she didn’t want to. She was scared and didn’t want to restart everything. But she had to so she went to school and a teacher named Mrs. Burton led her to the class she needed to go to. And when they were there, Mrs. Burton introduced Sarah to the whole class. But it turned out that Sarah was actually going to be the new teacher for the class but she was nervous.
A lot of stories have a very surprising ending. It is when something surprising happened at the end of the story. In this story, on the last page, we know that Sarah was actually a teacher that was new. A teacher could not want to go to work too. Not just us that don’t want to go to school teachers might not want to go too. We can all be scared of something like school or anything. Even if it’s an adult. A surprising ending is very common in books that we read. We could find one easily.
We all have very different opinions. Some of us like something and some don’t. In this story, the little girl named Sarah didn’t want to go to school because she was too scared to. She thinks that she has to restart again and doesn't want to restart everything. We could like school or not to like school. I prefer that I like school because we get new things. But everyone could choose their own opinion that they would like. Everyone gets to choose one and we don’t need to listen to others.
We all like new things or maybe not like new things. I prefer new things. In the story, Sarah didn’t like the new things like the new school. She was scared to go. But for me, we can get new information from new things and that is why I really like to try every new thing that there is. They help me a lot. They could even help us with the study. We can all choose what to like and what to not like. New or not new, they are both there. We could choose whatever we want to have.
