Story review of Click, Clack, Moo Cows That Type

Character: Famer Brown, the cows, the hens, and the ducks.

Setting: on the Famer Brown’s farm

Plot: The animals of the farm want to improve their living condition. But Famer Brown refuses them. Finally, the animals get what they want after they go on strike.

Click, Clack, Moo is written by Doreen Cornin and illustrated by Besty Lewin. The book talks about a Farmer named Brown who struggles with his farm’s animal variety demands. The cows get an old typer, They leave a note to Farmer Brown that they want the electric blankets. But Brown refuses them. When the cows and the hens unite to go on strike, the farm doesn’t have milk and eggs. Farmer Brown has to accept their request. However, Farmer Brown has a new question. The ducks have a demand too. They want a diving board.

Firstly, I learn that we should correctly recognize our position in the organization.

The organization will accept your request if you are essential. In the story, the cows and the hens are essential for Brown’s farm. So they can get what they want after they go on strike because the farm does not run without milk or eggs. The farmer Brown is forced to accept the request of the cows and the hens. So do not overestimate yourself, do what you should do, not do what you want to do.

Secondly, I learn that we should unite all forces that can be united if we want to succeed. A single tree cannot make a forest. In the story, Farmer Brown ignores the demands of the cows and refuses to give them electric blankets after the cows go to strike. But the farm doesn’t run when the cows and hens unite to go on strike. So they get what they want. Unity can help us achieve outstanding achievement.

Last but not least, I learn that how you treat others is how you invite them to treat you. Life is like a mirror. Smile at it, and it smiles back at you. In the story, Farmer Brown refuses the request of the cows and the hens. So the cows and the hens refuse to give milk and eggs too. Farmer Brown and the farm's animals are equal. When Farmer Brown wants to get milk and eggs, he should give the electric blankets to the cows and the hens. To get something, one needs to give first, and the same goes for farmers and animals.

I like this book. It is so funny, and I learn many things from it. Firstly, we should correctly recognize our position in the organization, Secondly, we should unite all forces that can be united if we want to succeed. Last but not least, I learn that how you treat others is how you invite them to treat you. I also learn how to communicate with others, and we should think of each other, etc. If you have time, I hope you can read it.
