Start Your Own Business?

Starting your own business allows you to work for yourself rather than someone else, and gives you some flexibility with your work schedule. However, in today's highly competitive market environment, it is difficult for your own company to compete with large enterprises. Therefore, many people prefer to work in the company rather than take risks as their own boss. These two choices have their advantages and disadvantages. We need to analyze and evaluate them according to our economic situation, to make a correct option that is the most suitable business model for us.

On one hand, starting your own business is a stressful but good career and life choice. To start your own business is to create a career to your ability without the influence of any brand or company. The advantage of starting your own business is to show your creativity freely and the rewards may be well worth the effort. But there are certain risks in starting your own business, capital turnover, staff management, and commercial liquor bureaus are all facing greater pressure. No matter in terms of business management, marketing promotion, or capital turnover, once problems occur, you will face the risk of failure. In addition, it takes a lot of time and energy to run your own business. When you get older, once you can't keep up with the changes of the times, your own company is likely to be eliminated from the market quickly. This is why many people run their own companies when they are young, but as they grow older, they prefer to close the company and use their experience to work in a stable company.

On the other hand, joining the company is a safer choice, with a more stable source of income and less pressure. But relatively speaking, it is not free, and the money will come slowly. Working in a company can give you more resources and help you expand your career. You can also know how to distribute and complete large projects. The company attaches great importance to the cultivation of talent and will provide employees with opportunities for further study. If you have strong learning ability, you will certainly be able to master new development trends within one or two years. There are also many people who choose to work in large enterprises for 3-5 years. On the one hand, they accumulate work experience, on the other hand, they use their work to accumulate product resources, and sales experience, and at the same time, they also lay a financial foundation for themselves through their work income for several years.

In my opinion, for our young people who are eager for freedom, it is tempting to be our own boss, but it is not advisable to start a business blindly without a certain foundation. Although employment and starting your own business have their advantages and disadvantages, in terms of the current market environment, you can enter the enterprise for several years after graduation to accumulate more wealth, work experience, and contacts. Without unique creative business ideas and sufficient funds, I will not start my own business rashly. The best way for me is to work in a company for at least 2-3 years, accumulate social experience and economic foundation, then start from the family workshop according to my ability and economic situation. When my business has a stable foundation, consider market expansion, such as building online stores. In any case, I want to choose the right time to start my own business and accomplish my dream of being my own boss.

In conclusion, starting your own business or working in a company is a rational choice you can make according to your personality, hobbies, professional skills, and economic situation. There are many changes every day. Even if you fail to start your own business, you can still work in a company. On the contrary, if the company's work is really not suitable for you, you can also bravely try to start your own business. The best thing is to choose the one that suits you best.
