Pack The Truck

Bess and her brother Greg talk about their trip.

Bess says,” I want to go to Cancun. I like the blue sea. I enjoy laying on the beach bed and reading an interesting book.”

Greg says,” Cancun is too far away. We can go to Mont-Tremblant. There are beautiful lakes and I am sure you will love it!”

Greg points the town in the map. Bess thinks it is a good idea. So they begin to pack the truck. Bess packs a blue dress, a princess book and a snack for sharing with Greg. She plans to ask Greg to take pictures for her when she wears the pretty dress. Greg packs three slacks of different colors. He wants to join a lot of activities there. And he takes four hats for activities. Greg packs a drill, a clock and a rug. Then he adds a drum and a sled in the truck.

When Bess sees the truck, she is so surprised and drops her backpack.

Bess asks,” What kind of trip is this, Greg?”

Greg answers,” Don’t worry! Mom and Dad bought a chalet last month. They ask me to bring the clock and the rug there. I bring the drill to help mom to hang some pictures.”

Then Bess asks,” It is summer now. Why do you bring the sled?”

Greg says,” I am sure we will go again in the winter!”
