Two favorite Breakfast Recipes


I like to eat eggs for breakfast in the morning. My favorite two dishes are ham and eggs as well as Chinese egg pancakes. They are delicious, they start my morning happy. I want to share my recipes.

Ham and Egg needs six eggs, ½ cup of milk, two slices ha. First, I crack the six eggs into a big pan, get rid of the shells, and heat up the pan. Then add in the milk and mix well. This will thin eggs. Secondly, I chop up the ham, and then add it to the cooking eggs. Mix again, the eggs will get thick in the pan. After 3 minutes, the dish is done. This is how to make ham and eggs.


My other favorite breakfast is Chinese egg pancake. I always eat a lot of them. My grandma teaches me how to make it. She lives in China. One summer, I went to visit her in China. She cooked Chinese egg pancakes for breakfast one day, I loved it so much so I ate them all. I asked her to cook it again the second day. This was one of her best dishes. To make nine Chinese egg pancakes, I need one cup of all purpose flour, one cup of water, three medium sized eggs, a pinch of salt and ground pepper. Then I finely chop scallions, mix all the ingredients together. The batter should be quite runny so spread freely in the pan. I choose a non-stick pan. It is easier to cook. Next, I pour some batter into a hot frying pan and form a thin round shape, cook on medium or high heat, flip it when browed. Cook both sides until both sides are browned. These egg pancakes taste best when warm.

Both dishes are easy to cook and delicious.
