Olivia is a 5 years old girl who lives in the countryside. Today is Monday. The sun is up , and she is tromping to the bran. The sun is getting big and the temperature is getting hotter. Her cat Jasper is waiting for her, licking her white soft fur. “ Good day, Josper.” she says. Olivia bends to get the eggs from the hens before they start pecking her. Once, she was not that fast. Oh my! It really hurt. After she gets eggs, Olivia goes to other animals. She has lots of work to do, she must go faster. She goes to the cow and milks the cow. The work seems very easy but actually not. Today she fills six jugs of milk. On her way out, she tips some milk for Jasper. Milk is always kitty’s favorite. Olivia pets Jasper when she drinks the milk. Jasper is really happy, she make purr purr sound. After all, Olivia stands under the sun for a rest. What a day.
I like to live in the city rather than the countryside. Firstly, we have more shopping plazas in the city. We have more stuff sold than in the countryside. For example, in Atlanta city we have Target X Disney Store. It means they have a Disney store in the target. We can buy more Disney toys, dresses, and mugs than in the countryside. In the countryside they do not even have Costco. I can’t live without Costco. Secondly, the city has more kids activities than the countryside. For instance, Peter the Rabbit comes to the High museum of art in Atlanta but they do not go to the countryside. Also, we have theme parks, more museums and more theaters. In the theater, we have lots of shows in the city. Some of the shows never go to the countryside such as Disney on ice. Thirdly, we have bigger and fancy schools in the city. In the city, we have more kids so the schools can invited celebrities, writers, and non- profit organizations to come. We have more chances to practice science than in the countryside. Once, one of speaker brings his high tech machine from his office to show is how cool is science. These are the three reasons I love live in the city.
