He has created several masterpieces, like Mona Lisa and The Last Supper, along with other inventions, like the early helicopter, an armored tank, a portable bridge, a submarine, and a robot. Da Vinci is respected by lots of people all around the world. He is considered the greatest man in history.


Among his many talents, painting is one of Leonardo da Vinci’s greatest talents. Leonardo da Vinci is the best-known painter of all time and has created some of the greatest paintings in history. Da Vinci is the best painter worldwide, painting some of the most famous artworks worldwide, the Mona Lisa and The Last Supper. The Mona Lisa is a portrait of Madam Lisa Giocondom and is not only the world’s most famous masterpiece but also the most recognizable and realistic artwork. The Last Supper, another well-known piece of art, represents the scene of the last supper of Jesus with the Twelve Apostles. Leonardo da Vinci’s artworks have a flow of ‘universal language’, in other words, realism. Most of his artworks present a portrait of a person, and the features of that person stand out and share a similarity with the person in real life. Da Vinci used perspective and observation to make everything in his artworks look real. The Mona Lisa is his best artwork, as it makes the lady in the masterpiece look just like realism. Many of his inventions have astonished kings and lords from parts of the world. His mechanical lion robot, for example, was presented to the king of France in 1515. Everyone was amazed at this invention that can walk on its own and open a secret compartment in its chest. His inventions have also created a new pathway for the future of society. His mechanical lion was also a forerunner to today’s modern robots. He designed a vertical flying machine and four centuries later, the modern helicopter was built. Leonardo da Vinci has made a long list of contributions to the future of society, and our modern life nowadays.

For example, he was a vegetarian and love all animals in life. Once, he bought captive birds and set them free because he hated to see them captive and to observe their flight. Leonardo da Vinci also created his own secret code, a ‘mirror image’ of traditional writing. He would use his left hand and write backward, from the right side to the left. That way, no one can steal his ideas and designs, and he wouldn’t smudge the ink as he wrote with his left hand. Throughout his life, Leonardo da Vinci came up with tons of ideas to help himself, everyone/everything around him, and society. His secret code prevents people from stealing his ideas and smudging the ink, his idea to free captive birds helped the environment around him, and his ideas and theories in science impacted society.
