A habitat is where we live. We are destroying the place where animals live, soon species will die out, even plants too. Now more and more rain forests and grasslands are being destroyed to build workhouses and neighborhoods. I know our knowledge is from some animals that are endangered but if the species disappeared we won't have the knowledge to know them better. We don't live close to Forests but as countries and cities are built it gets crowded so they need new land and they build houses right on top of some animal habits that we didn't know were there. And when cities get bigger and bigger I'll get close to Forest so we have to cut down the trees to build room for the neighborhood.
There are many plants and animals endangered because of the houses that are built on their habitats. Sometimes we throw garbage into the water. I see animals will eat it and be poisoned. Sometimes I seem animals can get hurt from the plastic garbage that we throw into the sea and will hurt the animals. In the Arctic where the polar bears live ice began to melt just because people use too many electronic things. It causes global warming And the ice melted the polar bears have nowhere to live. We also chop down the forest for wood, sometimes we chop down the trees to build room for the neighborhood. Sometimes we cut down forests to grow crops and food that only humans like to eat.
If a plant or animal has their habitat destroyed, that species will be extinct.We are a species, If we don't do anything then we will be extinct too.Scientists found out that the earth is at the sixth mass extinction now.After this there's five extinctions that are caused the elements changed. But this time it's caused by humans.Every year 140,000 kinds of species are extinct.We are connected to every species on Earth. If a species gets fewer the community will be broken. The ground won't produce plants, the sea Will be higher and more cities will be flooded, and the whole Earth will be hotter and hotter. In the end even humans will be extinct.
We don't want to see more species becoming extinct, so we have to protect their habitat. The most important is to help the environment, with a little thought we could all use less power. We can also use less water, we can recycle the plastic bottles. We will use the last of the Earth's resources by not cutting down trees when you don't need it, and not killing animals just for fun. We can plant more trees together with the animals so they will have their habitats. We will bring knowledge to action to connect hearts with minds to assure our survival.
In conclusion, A habitat is very important for animals because their habitats are beginning to grow smaller.And when its habitat is fewer I can the animals slowly be extinct and the community will be broken.If we don’t want that to happen then we have to protect the environment. If one species has gone fewer than all of the community will become extinct. We have to protect our environment not just to stop this species from going extinct but it is to us to save our lives by ourselves.
