If you want to do one thing that others won’t do in the same condition, you need courage to do it. We need to conquer our fear of doing that thing. The whipping boy, conquered he's afraid to get caught when they escape. And the whipping boy ran, even though the outlaws were close to him, he did not stay there to be caught. And if the whipping boy had no courage to escape with the prince from the castle, the prince might be exchanged for a cart full of gold now. The prince and the whipping boy had courage to escape from the castle, and escape from the outlaws. Courage means bravery. We need the courage to do anything.

We can be resourceful so we can make good friends and have solutions when we are in danger. We need resourcefulness, so we can smartly escape. The prince has the resourcefulness because when they were in the sewer, the outlaws were chasing them closely, he hit the birdcage into the wall that made the rats angry, and bite the outlaws.

With courage, friendship and resourcefulness we can conquer our fears, and escape from danger. We can be more bold when we can do these things well. When we are kidnapped we can find a way to escape or even defend ourselves. With these three we can be safer. And we can like the whipping boy, use our friendship with others, so we can solve each other's problems and bond together.
