Charlotte’s Web is written by E.B White and illustrated by Garth Williams. This story is about Wilbur, Fern and Charlotte. At first Fern stopped her father from killing the small pig, Wilbur. Then when Wilbur grew up he met Charlotte, the spider. Not long after he got the news that he will be killed. He was very sad, but Charlotte said she will save him. Charlotte weave the words into the web to trick the farmers owner, Fern’s uncle, in order to make him change his mind about killing Wilbur. The plan worked! Fern’ uncle took Wilbur to a fair where Wilbur won a medal. But at the time when the fair closed down, Charlotte died. So Wilbur took her egg sac with him back to the barn and he took care of the spiders and their children.
We should help others( especially friends )to get out of danger. We can’t just do nothing when they are in danger. In the story Charlotte made a plan instead of staying on her web and doing nothing to stop Wilbur from being killed when the cold weather came. We should help someone escape from the dangerous situation they are facing. We leave someone to face a very very dangerous situation, alone.
We should show our loyalty to our friends. If our friends did something to help us, we should at least thank them or help the do something. In the story Charlotte will be dead in a few days but Wilbur want to do something for her to thank her, so Wilbur took Charlotte’s egg sac with him back to the barn cellar and took care of it. We need to do something to thank the person that helped us before, but that thing must be something that can help the person. We need to our loyalty to the person that helped us
We all die in the end no matter what, because death is the last stage of life. Our life repeats in this order: we’re born, then we live a while and at last we die. In the story even after Charlotte died, her daughters lived on and give birth to her granddaughters and so on. Death can’t be solved by the help of others. Death can’t be avoided but we’ll always be alive in someone who remembers us.
We all should help others that is in trouble. We can’t just leave them by themselves to face danger. But if we’re the person that had been helped, then we should show our royalty to the person who helped us get out of danger. Of course, there is something that we all can’t escape with the help of others, and that is : our very own death which is also the last stage of our life. Even though death can’t be avoided but if someone still remembers us, then we are still alive in that person’s heart.
