Nowadays, people invent many kinds of artificial intelligence assistance to make our life more convenient. We can find artificial intelligence assistance in many places They are either software or machines. They make our life a lot more convenient from lots of different parts, some of them can be controlled by calling them like Apple’s Siri and Xiaodu, and some of them can help people do work at home instead of just answering questions such as Amazon's Alexa and iRobot. All these things have a great influence on people’s lives and some people really rely on them in their daily life.
Like voice assistants, which people usually use as asking questions and actions like that. Apple’s Siri is an example that we are all familiar with. When people call “hey Siri” and ask a question like “what’s the weather like”, Siri will answer what’s the weather like that day and so on. For Xiaodu, it’s probably the same as Siri but it is a machine itself. It’s not installed on a phone but it has a screen itself just like the phone. It can answer your questions and play music and TV shows automatically when you say what you want. It’s quite useful for people to ask about something instead of typing on their phone or computer to find the answer. This might save time for people and since it was too convenient, people accept and rely on it really quickly.
Artificial intelligence assistants can also help people doing work at home. For example, Amazon’s Alexa brings artificial intelligence into the home. It connects some other smart home devices then people can control the lights, door, or curtain by calling the artificial intelligence assistant. This makes people “lazier” since they don’t need to turn on(off) the light, close the curtain, or lock the door by themselves. Other artificial intelligence assistants like iRobot and many other similar products can help people clean their homes. People can control them by both talking and using their phones. So, people can let them clean the floor when they are not at home. This lets people have more time to do other things when robots can replace them in doing housework.
For me, I think artificial intelligence assistance is a part of my life since these things are very convenient and are a great invitation for today’s life. These artificial intelligence assistants make our life more convenient and they also save much time for doing other things. These machines and software make things easier including most of the questions and possible work in daily life. Because these artificial intelligence assistants are too convenient and useful, people accept them very easily and quickly. It helps people a lot, and also makes many people “lazy” in their life. However, even though these assistants are helpful, some things like bringing an umbrella on a rainy day still depend on you.

These invitations are very helpful and useful to today’s life and they are becoming a necessary thing in our daily life, more and more people are relying on them. Even though they may replace some manpower, it is also still an important invitation for people.
