About Female Education

Education is defined as learning or studying existing knowledge and cultural legacy. It is a fundamental human right, accessible to all genders or sexes. We should always appreciate the help of education as it supports and swerves us toward success. Education can give us many different facts and knowledge and let us a step closer to achieving what we love, and what we want to do. But back in Malala Yousafzai’s times, she experienced extreme discrimination between girls and boys. Girls are treated unfairly because people think they are weak and for much more horrible reasons. Malala’s father had experienced girl discrimination and was disallowed from female education. This is because he was a teacher, and knew that girls are not allowed to have jobs when they grow up, or even go to school. At Malala’s dad’s home, he and his brothers were allowed cream and milk, while his sisters only got cold tea. From this experience and also at school, he understands why girls got worse treatment than men and boys and wanted to fix it. But these times, streets are dangerous. So he wanted to pass it on to his daughter, Malala, who achieved his long-lasting goal and dream. When Malala announced she is going to be speaking for girls, everyone was happy and encouraged her to go on. Working hard to achieve our dreams can one day be something we can look back to.

Girls need to have education and knowledge to be like everyone else and share an equal amount of everything boys and men get that they do. People should never stop giving education to girls or women. Because of access to education, women can not only learn knowledge but also change their lives through knowledge and skills. In South and West Asia, 80% of out-of-school girls are unlikely ever to start school, compared to just 16% of boys. Many countries, including Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Nigeria, have seen attacks on girls’ education and threats to close down schools. Especially after facing death, she had even more motivation to change this fact and remove discrimination against girls and get every girl and woman to finally have a job and get knowledge. Knowledge is extremely important for every girl to have and share throughout them all. Malala wants to fix this, and so she did, she worked hard to try and fix it. Malala’s father had said: “Because they destroyed some 1,500 schools' ' Her father meant that people who do not care about equality will do things we can not think of, so we must try and stay safe. If more and more girls can receive education, it may be possible for them to reach the fairness of boys and girls sharing and both receiving the same amount of knowledge and education.

Educated women can not only learn knowledge, but also give women the right to choose, and a wise choice may change the fate of a woman's life. Education can give us females extremely high standards to complete work and live happy life. Despite this, girls and young women in many parts of the world miss out on school every day. Malala went to that school to learn more about the discrimination towards females. Malala thinks that death has taken away the fear of death in the first place. So she ought not to be scared at all, then to be worried about everything. Around 61 million girls are in school, according to UNICEF in 2016 – 32 million girls of primary school age and 29 million of lower secondary school age. In the passage, Malala says: “I have already seen death and I know that death is supporting me in my cause of education. Death does not want to kill me,” ” This shows Malala is not afraid of death anymore, and she takes it as a learning experience light in her heart than a painful murder that can be remembered with her whole heart. This type of adaptation can not be seen in a lot of people, only in people that want to do something with their whole heart to change it. Educated girls can make informed choices among many options and reach their full potential by educating them to be more aware of their rights.

Education gives females the ability to think for themselves and not blindly follow anyone, even in the face of death. When Malala got shot in the head by the Taliban, she understands that death does not want to kill her, and she wants to learn it. Many countries, including Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Nigeria, have seen attacks on girls’ education and threats to close down schools. 35% of women worldwide have experienced physical assault or abuse. Malala is someone who will never give up on something hard or may seem impossible. Some people do not understand how Malala got all these prizes and compliments from people. One example is Malala’s younger brother, who questioned her with: “ ‘Malala ... I can’t understand why people are giving you prizes, and everywhere you go people say, ‘This is Malala’ and they give you awards, what have you done?’” She said this is more than just an accomplishment, and other people notice what she did and remember her name. We should never stop people from following people’s ideas, especially because girls and women have their own independent thought and viewpoint.

Female education should never be stopped in any case as everyone should have a fair share of education and of course: knowledge. Every child, every young woman, and man has the chance and quality to learn in school or at home. With no knowledge, studies show that 67 percent of the girls that are not provided education get either assaulted or harassed. The other half of the percent are lucky people that don't go to school and perhaps even live just a different life from other people. However, neither of them is correct to have in our society. Female discrimination or any kind of discrimination is harassment and disrespect to our country or environment. Malala is someone who wants to help herself, as well as all the girls in Pakistan or even the world to study. To finally find a job when growing up, and to be boosted with energy, happiness, and knowledge that can take them to another close step to their dream job. Girls who don't have jobs live a much more dangerous life. Life is never perfect, so we must fulfill our wishes and goal at all times with our best effort.
