Emily Was on her way to her swimming class, however she hated swimming more than anything else in the world. When she arrived at the pool, she found that the coach has not been there yet. She put on her swimming glasses and plunged into the water, she did this because she didn’t want the coach to see her doing nothing. When she was diving under the water, she noticed that there was a leaf floating above, she looked down the floor of swimming pool, she could not see anything below her feet and the blue colors was fading away.
The most amazing thing happened. She was not in the pool. She seemed to be in a pond deep in the woods, since she saw there were different kinds of fish swimming around her , frogs jumping on the stones of the pond bank, and a lot of green trees standing there. “ I must be dreaming!” She thought. And she rubbed her eyes , she was still in the pool.
Just then, a golden bird fly out from the forest and spoke to Emily with a very high pitched voice : Here is one! Emily didn’t know what the bird was talking about. But soon the bird explained to Emily that this land belongs to every creature who likes sports, and all animals held the sport events every year. The final winner will get the award to realize a wish.“ We’re having a swimming competition today and you’re here hence you also need to join. “ Bird said. “But I don’t want to play this game! “ Emily shouted. “ Oh, my girl, you have no other choice. You’re in sports land, you must do it!” Bird insisted.
No choice? What would Emily do? She finally decided to join the game. “ Anyway, maybe I can win a prize. That’s not bad.” She shrugged her shoulders and talked to herself.
When the competition started, Emily swam as fast as one’s arms and legs moved. At last, she swam quicker than anyone else ,she won. She was the first and she could get the 1st prize. Golden bird flew to her and asked what wish she dreamed to realize. Emily thought about it for a while, she said, I only wish to go back to my world!
Flash! Emily was back in the pool again. She began to like swimming unexpectedly. Maybe that’s because it was swimming that helped her come back to her real world. “ Anyway, swimming is not bad, I may start to like this sport from now on. It’s good for me! “ Emily thought.
